A consultation allows for me to further assess your current circumstances to provide appropriate guidance. 

I offer in person and Telehealth individual therapy. I also accept most major insurances and can confirm benefits prior to meeting. I can also provide a Super Bill for those who are OON and seeking reimbursement from their insurance carrier.

This package allows for committed approach to developing foundation skills. Each session will include psycho education materials and Somatic Exercises that build off of the last. Set up a free consultation call for more info. 

TBD: This will be a weekly men's support group. I will provide various psycho-educational content as well cultivate a space of support for men through life's daily challenges.

I offer both 60 and 90 minutes Couples/Marital sessions.
