If you have found your way here, something brought you. Maybe you have been carrying something for a long time, and you are tired of managing it alone. Maybe you have tried things before and they helped, but only so far. Maybe you are not even sure what you need yet. Just that what you have been doing is not enough.
That is a reasonable place to start.
I work with adults navigating addiction, grief, trauma, anxiety, and the kind of life transitions that rearrange everything you thought you knew about yourself.
My approach is integrative and body-based, which means we do not stop at the story. We work at the level where the experience actually lives in the body.
Sessions are not about fixing what is wrong with you. There is nothing wrong with you. They are about understanding what your nervous system learned, what it is still protecting, and what becomes possible when it finally feels safe enough to let go.
I work with busy professionals, former athletes, and people who are good at life in almost every visible way and still feel like something essential is missing.
What they have in common is that they are not looking for more to analyze, but are ready for a more direct, body-based way of working. They are after something real, not just something to understand.
If that resonates, you are in the right place.
If you are looking for someone to walk with you through this, I would be honored to connect.
