Anxiety is not a character flaw. It is a nervous system doing exactly what it learned to do to keep you safe.
The problem is not that it is working. The problem is that it is working too hard, in situations that do not actually require it, at a cost that has become unsustainable.
I work with people who are tired of being at war with their own minds. People who know intellectually that they are okay but cannot get their body to believe it. Who overthink everything, avoid what used to feel manageable, or carry a low hum of dread they cannot quite explain.
Anxiety that shows up as panic, perfectionism, or a kind of relentless busyness that never quite settles.
The work is not about eliminating anxiety. It is about understanding what it is protecting and helping your nervous system find a less costly way to respond. That requires working with the body, not just the mind. Anxiety lives in the body as much as the head, and talking about it only goes so far.
The people I work best with are not looking for more to analyze, but are open to a more direct, body-based way of working.
I have spent over two decades working with people navigating anxiety in all its forms. It is some of the most meaningful work I do because the shift, when it comes, changes how you relate to yourself and your life.
If that resonates, you are in the right place.
