Support for Therapists
Doing this work well takes depth, presence, and care. I offer therapy and consultation for clinicians who want support navigating vicarious trauma, burnout, and the quiet toll of caring deeply.
There are two ways we can work together: individual therapy and case consultation.
This work can be deeply meaningful. At its best, it is not just something you give. It is something you get to be part of. A place where you are not the one with all the answers, but a guide, a witness, a steady presence as something real unfolds.
When connected to your own work, it can feel energizing. Grounding. Even joyful.
But it is not effortless.
We sit with real pain. We hold complexity that does not resolve quickly. And over time, without the right kind of support, even meaningful work can start to feel heavy.
Most therapists are not great at asking for support. We are trained to give it. Receiving it can feel unfamiliar. I understand that from the inside.
Therapy for Therapists
A space where you do not have to be the therapist in the room. We focus on your own nervous system, patterns, and internal world so you can stay grounded and connected in both your life and your work.
Case Consultation
A place to bring specific cases that feel stuck, complex, or heavy. We slow things down, look at what is happening beneath the surface, and find a clearer path forward.
Regardless of the format, the focus is the same. We pay attention to the relationship, to what is happening in you as you sit with others, and to how your nervous system is carrying the work.
This is not about performance or getting it right. It is about staying connected, resourced, and honest in the work you are doing.
You do not have to carry this alone.
If this resonates, you are in the right place.
